01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and qg777 ("qg777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the qg777 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at qg777.club and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by qg777, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on qg777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). qg777 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of qg777, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the qg777 Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. If you cease to meet any of these requirements at any time, you must immediately stop using the Platform and notify qg777 support.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the qg777 Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one qg777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qg777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. qg777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): qg777 may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawals.
• Account Suspension: qg777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the qg777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: qg777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where available.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. qg777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the relevant payment pages of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at qg777's discretion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. qg777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
• No Cryptocurrency: qg777 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. This includes but is not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital currency.
• No Credit Card Gambling Deposits: In compliance with Philippine regulations, qg777 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

qg777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. qg777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Abuse: qg777 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors.
• Promotion Changes: qg777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Platform.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the qg777 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generation: All qg777 slot and virtual games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, qg777 reserves the right to void any affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Disconnection: qg777 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. qg777 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qg777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or applicable international regulations.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, games, or security systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated play designed to exploit the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward qg777 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your qg777 account in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

08 Responsible Gaming

qg777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting qg777 support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account settings page. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time limits to control the amount of time spent on the Platform in any given period.
• Reality Checks: qg777 provides optional reality check notifications that remind players of the time elapsed during a gaming session.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the qg777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of qg777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without qg777's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.

Any unauthorized use of the Content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, qg777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, qg777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond qg777's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
• Any loss resulting from a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, beyond the refund of the relevant stake as described in Section 6.

In any event, qg777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qg777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

qg777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

qg777 is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

We may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and the AMLC, where required by applicable law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

qg777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are material, qg777 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. qg777 recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform.

13 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the agreement constituted by these Terms at any time:

• By You: You may close your qg777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
• By qg777: qg777 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority. In such cases, qg777 reserves the right to withhold any funds in your account pending investigation.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Platform. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14 — shall continue to apply after termination.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and qg777 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this section shall prevent qg777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
